I've emailed autopage regarding lack of coverage on my new cellular phone contract on the 19th March 2013.
apart from billing and the automated response assuring me that a customer service consultant will contact me, i haven't heard a peep from them.
this coupled with my connectivity problems leaves me feeling like they are incapable or indifferent towards their customers.
