RIDICULOUS DELAY TO REPAIR A PHONE

I took my contract phone (blackberry torch 9810) in for repair on more than 3 weeks ago and still I haven't received it back or been given feedback regarding why is it taking forever to repair it. I mean they either fix it, or they replace it and it shouldn't take the whole century. I'm expected to honor the contract by paying my monthly installments meanwhile I'm not using the service. If MTN is not gonna show any sense of urgency with the repair of phones, they should at least give the customers a phone they can use in the meantime. My job requires that I have a phone to be able to respond to call outs and emergencies. How am I supposed to do that without a phone. This is unacceptable.
