This is my third complain now on hello peter about vodacom, after all the eforts of finding out why did they wrong bill me, it has been a month now since i laid out a complain for wrong billing and for them to check why was i billed wrong.
What is irritating is that no one gets back to you with feed back you keep on calling the customer care and all they tell you is that they have to refer the matter to their back office and they will contact you back and up until now for a month no one from the back office contacted me or send an email to say what is going on with my request instead me as a customer i have to plead and beg for someone to give service and explain to me why was i billed wrong.
Now i have realised that these company cares nothing about their customer as long as they peoples money every month it is ok.
i am going to tell my coleaques friend and everyone i know not to even concider taking a 3g contract with vodacom after i was robed brought day light.
i am going to cancel every contract i have with vodacom because there is no trust and my money can be just be debited how ever they want.
vodacom has lost a 10year old client
