VODACOM - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I have been trying to cancell my Vodacom contract for the last 2 weeks.

First Vodacom kept on asking for more documentation after we already provided them with the documentation required (as were specifically stated on the Vodacom Customer Care email)

Vodacom has delayed the process of cancelation by claiming they contacted us before the end of the month which was not the case. Due to the delay I had to continue with by contract for another since they already debited my airtime.

I was then advised to transfer to prepaid till the end of the month at which time I can transfer to another service provider. This was done in order to not lose airtime which I were already billed for due to the delay. The consultant specifically stated that I will not lose the benefits of my contract.

Today Vodacom disconnected my internet as well as the BIS service.

The consultant only reply was that I got the wrong advise. Then put me through to another consultant, Brilliant, which I dealt with previously, even though he was not rude, he was arrogant and antoginising. He insulted me instead of solving the problem!

And still they have not answered my query!
