Cell C Should Fire Their Customer Service Team

There are so many great aspects of Cell C. Unfortunately, customer service is not one of them.

I booked my phone in for repairs on 13 March and was told there are 21 days for the repairs to be done. Called today, it seems nothing was done between 13-28 March (the phone was only booked in on their system on 28 March).

In addition to this, I converted my contract to a pay as you go while I wait for my upgrade. This was meant to take effect from 3 April. However, when I checked with Cell C I found that I am still on contract. I have emailed the customer service about this and have had no response. I mentioned that I am not paying any contract fees past the 3rd April. Had this been converted to pay as you go as I requested, I would have loaded airtime and data as I needed it. I am NOT paying contract fees due to their careless and quite pathetic service.
