Cell c/ fnb microsim contract incorrect

I ordered a 4gb cell c contract with cell c for my ipad in March 2013. Received the SIM card a few days later and everything worked fine. Beginning of April and I only got 2gb instead of 4gb. I have tried calling cell c customer care and they have logged a complaint. But this takes up to 10 working days. I need these 4gb urgently for work. Why must I wait for their mistake? The contract was done over the phone. Please can someone help me sort this out!
