Cell C
No Joy in the service I Received from Cell C

I got myself a contract with cell c in March 2013, A samsung S3 phone, the phone no longer charges and switches off and it freezes, I took the phone to cell c in Benoni and it was booked in for repairs in September.
I received the phone back 3 weeks later, phone worked for 3 days and now it no longer charges again, basically im having the same problem again with the phone, gentleman from cell c told me to go back to cell c benoni and have it booked again! which I dont understand because I will still have to deal with the problem again. I pay my contract well in time, I don't deserve to be going back and forth with cell c for my phone to be fixed. I seriously need this problem solved! the call centre agent didn't even sound interested in my complaint! I want my contract cancelled with cell c and take back their scrap phone!! I haven't had joy with cell c service at all!
