I SPOKE TO THEMBI, THEN WAS REFERED TO NHLAHLA, TO ULIHLE, TO BUSILE.TO ALIS, TO SABELO, TOJULIA, TO NEO THEN REFERED TO COVERAGE WHICH I THEN REFUSED.
I REFUSED BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME MY COMPLAINT WAS REFERED TO COVERAGE AND TOLD TO WAIT FOR TEN DAYS IS NOW BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH.CANT WAIT FOR ANOTHER 10 DAYS.
I HAVE BEEN FOOLED, NOT AGAIN.THE WORLD SHOULD KNOW THIS.
I HAVE STOPPED THE DEBIT ORDER FINISH AND KLAAR.
I NOW WANT TO CANCELL THE CONTRACT WITHOUT BEING CHARGED, AS THEY HAVE ATLEAST CONFIRMED THAT MY AREA IS NOT COVERED WITH 3G SINCE THE INCEPTION CONTRACT.
