Slacking on Cancellation is costing another month

Hi there,

On the 3rd of December I submitted a request to cancel my contract with MWEB. I am currently using MWEB as my ISP.

I instantly recieved an automated response, stating that they wont process anything withouth the appropriate paperwork (forms). But the automated response neither states where to get the forms, nor does it automatically attach it. I did get a reference number to use in future. I then used it to reply requesting the paperwork, using my reference. Instantly I got another reply, not answering my question and also getting a new reference. Realising how silly I was, I started browsing the net looking for the forms. Even phoning didnt get me a form. Then I realised that a few months ago I went through the same hassles and MAYBE I could find my older cancellation form and just redo it for my other line.

I sent the form to the required email address, and again I got a new reference. But now I dont even know if it has been recieved or processed.

Please can someone get in touch with me regarding this. I want it cancelled as soon as possible.
