Pathetic data speed

The reason you guys are so cheap is that is your service and that is the only way you get new customers. Once they have been enticed to your terrible network they discover how bad you are and complain but alas you don't give a. I have been blocked from your FB page but still read the comments from your customers about your pathetic network coverage especially in data download. I reported my pathetic data service on 2.2.2013 Ref 1302 02000000 10229 and still nobody have bothered to come back to me, my data service is pathetic beyond words. There is nothing wrong with my settings as had them checked. I sincerely hope that one day somebody with the necessary skill takes a mass action lawsuit against you for you not keeping your end of a contract. I am sure most of your customers would gladly join and sue you for breach of contract.
