Call centre not getting back or resolving query

#1 - I have lodged 6 complaints over a 5 month period about the phone numbers on my statement being cut-off thus rendering the itemized billing useless - the call centre takes down your query, but no one ever gets back to you and when you phone them a month later when it happens again they say the billing department has looked into it and found nothing wrong on the system - but never do they phone you back so that you can e-mail them a copy so that they can see for themselves - let alone rectify the problem!!

#2 - On the statement it reflects that I upgraded my contract on 26 April 2012 - I have contacted them 7 times over the past 11 months to rectify this, as the upgrade in actual fact happened months before - every time they tell me the upgrade date as per their system is correct, but when I ask for proof (copy of contract) to be sent to me they log a query and as above NEVER get back to you!!

Can someone at Cell C please wake-up, give me a call, correct your mistakes and stop ignoring clients because you believe you are always right, whilst the client has the proof on hand that you are wrong!!!
If you want to keep your clients change your attitude!!!
