Given up on CellC to fix my Acc Discount amount!!

This is my FOURTH Request via HP after my other E-mail complaints have clearly failed to come to fruition
and finalise the matter.

THE COMPLAINT:
Incorrect Discount Amount on NOVEMBER Statement
Kindly rectify the incorrect discount Value (R8.07) that reflects on my November Statement.
The Correct Discount Amount should be R40.35, as per my October statement.

I was phoned twice by people who "disappear" half-way through the conversation
and then fail to follow-up with any confirmation or update on my complaint.
This SAME issue has happened NUMEROUS times with my account billing during 2013,
and every time I had to query to have it resolved. (Usually within reasonable time-frame)
This is POOR service Cell C!! - I can only IMAGINE how many other people's accounts you
compile wrongly, who does not have the time, such as myself to pick it up.
This must create a HUGE INCOME effect for you. It is very suspicious indeed!!
So Again, kindly, please assist and rectify my subscription discount, as per contract.
