Cancelled contract still debiting

I cancelled a contract on the 7th jan 2013 but cell c never terminated the contracted, they carried on debiting. 26th april I went to the branch to query about this and they told me it was still active. I spoke to the manager, showed him the signed document and he checked and according to him they did fax the cancellation document. They contacted cell c and they gave me a ref no 3042601531 and promised to get back to me. Since then no one has contacted me, if I go to a branch they say they still invastigating. worse is that they said they still going to debit in may.
