Renewal of Cell phone contract 084 865 2932

I have 2 sons and in the past 4 years I have renewed their cell phone contracts with MTN on the same day - actually I treat this as one contract, submitted on one form on the same day.
In December MTN sent my one son an sms that he can upgrade, 21 months has past
I started the journey at the start of Feb 2013 - Filled in the forms, sent it through etc with the expectation that both contracts will be renewed and I will receive 2 Sumsung within the next couple of days, like the previous 2 times- I am a business client of MTN
3 days later I received only one phone. On investigation I was informed that the other phone is not due for upgrade yet - only at 18 months.
I then sent a copy of the contract to MTN to prove that the contract for both phones was entered into on the 24 March 2011 - nearly 24 months ago.
I got the response back that they entered the date wrong into the system
It is now two weeks later and this simple problem has not been resolved jet
I did not open the phone that I received and at this point I am considering sending the handset back and cancelling the contract and move to another service provide
