Virgin Mobile taking over 5 months to get it right

In Sep 2013, I had asked to upgrade my contract. Virgin Mobile does not carry the apple I phone, ( however unbelievable and backward that may sound, its true). I decided not to upgrade. In September, I was told that billing cycle is 30 days, at the end of the cycle, I would return to my previous contract. The following month, I was still on the wrong contract. The courier delivery company called me several times to deliver the cell I had cancelled. To which my reply was that I had actually cancelled and the cell phone should not be deliver. The following month, I had called again several times. In Dec 2014, my account was debited for the cell phone I did not receive. I called Virgin Mobile yet again, I was told that the billing department would take 24 - 48 to rectify and I would be informed. I was told that once the reversal was done I would return to my original contract. I called back, after 7 days with no word. I was hung up on, by the call centre.. I called back, thinking the call may have cut. I was asked to hold as they transferred me to the upgrade department. I waited for 10 minutes. Virgin M can it honestly take you 5 months to get something right, surely this is what do!!
