I'm the one likes to complain, but vodacom just to make life difficult. I lodged a complain in February for a activity in my name. Vodacom request that i submit my particulars to a address they provided of which i did. I received an sms on the 30July 2013 stating that the dispute has been resolved, the contract will be removed my name and the credit records corrected. Today my bank called me and told me that my name is on the ITC with payment due to Vodacom. I immediately contacted Vodacom and they moved from one consultant to next, finally being told that the dispute was not resolved. Even i received the sms and i have to submit my personal details again, its been 5months this has been happening. Just to say the least i'm disgusted by Vodacom services, they need to put their ducks in order. I feel so violated by their services.
