BLACKLISTED FOR CONTRACT PHONE NOT DELIVERED

Vodacom agent called me year 2011 offering me a phone contract Sony Ericsson xperia arc witch was never delivered. December same year when i went to Vodacom in Petermaritzburg during holidays i signed myself a sonny Ericsson xperia arc s and there was a deduction in my bank account from Vodacom for the contract phone that was never delivered which i then stopped and reversed the debit.
Year 2012 February i i faxed Vodacom an affidavit stating the matter of the phone never delivered. they then closed the sim card of the contract phone which i signed it myself but that never stopped me from paying it as i was paying manually from pick n pay. this year 1 February i called Vodacom legal department i was told everything was cancelled. On March 3rd or 4th 2013 I wanted to buy a and was informed i am on the blacklisted list on the ICT and was put by Vodacom in the year 2012 November. I called Vodacom on the matter, they sent me a settlement letter but this has not resolved getting my name de-listed from the blacklisted citizens for a breach of contract Vodacom has caused me. i would like urgent action too be taken as my life has been bought to a halt.
