Worst customer service

Hi I have a number (0727943477) That is due for an upgrade and when i went to MTNSP upgrade it does confirm that the number was due for upgrade from 01/04/2013 and today i called retentions and i was told by Jacques that there is a problem with the MTN website and even if i go to store i will not be upgraded.

Where do u get the worst consultant who at most time contradict themselves and appears like they have no idea what they are talking about and worst part they have no compassion for the customers, they don't even bother explaining properly to the customers.

Can i upgrade or not.
