I called Afrihost last weekend to get some prices on an uncapped ADSL as i already had a domain hosted by them.

The call was made on a Saturday mid morning. i didnt think i would get through but i tried anyway. Kennedy was the consultant who answered the phone. He was extremely efficient and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. There and then he activated my account and sent through my login details within a couple minutes as promised.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Kennedy and with Afrihost in general. There systems are simple and there consultants are always polite and courteous even when i have to ask what seems like realy stupid questions.
