Illegal Debit Orde

In January this year I converted my contract with MTN to prepaid. I paid all the penalty fees. I was assured that there would be no further debit orders from my account.

I have now reviewed my bank statements for February, over a month after cancelling the contract, and MTN have taken a R305 debit order from my account.

Please can MTN reverse this charge and assure me that it will not happen again.
