Inexplicable charges

I have recently been issued with a secondary sim for my account and since then I regularly receive calls from people insisting to speak to some person I have never heard of (I assume because the new sim is a recycled number).

BUT more importantly I am being charged fees daily even when I do not use either phone the balance required for payment goes up day by day, I have over 10 hours of free minuites, 200 more smses and 300MB of data so I am well within my bundle yet fees carry on going up each day.

Cell C call centre is useless, I have been calling for 2 days and noone can help me, after being on hold for 15 minutes the line either cuts off or the person cannot understand my problem.
