Paying extra with free sms, data and minutes

For my first month, I was charged an extra amount although I had free minutes, sms's and data available. I spoke to a lady and asked if I had perhaps misread the t and c's - are there additional fees for this contract? I just needed to know so that I avoid doing it in the following months. She advised that the minutes were anytime minutes, the sms's were free and so was the data. She sent an query to the billing team. The billing team sent me a statement and upon investigation, I noticed I was charged for a call I allegedly made to the UK. I spoke to a gentleman in the billing team to explain to him that not only do I live alone but I have a passcode on my phone and I don't know anyone in the UK so that charge needs to be reversed. I rechecked my dialed numbers and I had no UK calls. I have still not received any feedback to this day but the amount for that call was pulled from my bank account. I requested my next statement from Cell C, 48 hours later, still waiting, I checked my balance on 14302 - I still have free minutes, sms's and data and once again, I have to pay extra next month. Is this why they are so reluctant to send statements? Do I have mystery calls again? Plz advise.
