Hi There, I have upgraded my number 0832909045 through the website. I was told that upgrade fee will be waived as I was doing the upgrade through MTN Web site. But when I checked i was billed for the upgrade. I called MTN Call Center, where I was asked to give a Reference No. for that. I dont remember the reference No.
I Request you to kindly waive the upgrade Fees from my account as promised by the person who did the upgrade by callilng me. (Previously I sorted out the problem of my being charged the upgrade fee twice). Now I am asking your good selves to waive it as promised. I think you can pick up the reference no. from your system. Please assist me in waiving the upgrade charges. Thanks in Advance.
