I get a call and sms saying that I am due for an upgrade as of 1 Feb. So I go to the store to get an upgrade... firstly they don't have. The phone had to be ordered. Lison said he would definitely have the phone by Tuesday and will call me. So it's Tuesday today, I don't get a call. I go to the store, Lison is not there. There are customers in the store screaming and fighting about customer service. I get called by a service consultant... while attending to me he books in 2 phones in for repairs... I don't approve of this but I get told that each individual is different and its my choice not to like the service he is giving me. He goes to check in the office for my phone that I have ordered. It has not been done. So I have wasted an hour of my precious time only to be treated like an unworthy customer. I asked to cancel and he tells me, your upgrade was not captured. This is my 3rd upgrade with MTN but if this is how they treat customers, I will cancel. Customers pay your salaries so learn what customer satisfaction is and treat your customers properly. From my experience in that store even the manager was rude and not helpful to other customers. these people need to go on training.
