Terrible service and attitude

The lady who answers the phone claims to be the owner. She won't give her name.
She has a terrible attitude and treated us like we were doing her a favour by purchasing her products. I called to ask about her products as their website was down. She became all aggressive with me on the phone and told me that her website was working and its my problem that i could not see the website [URL Removed]
I told her that it was definitely down, but she would have none of it. I should have known from that first interaction, but unfortunately I went ahead with the order to my detriment
We requested an invoice from a quote she sent. She could not do the invoice as she could not recall the quote, even though I had attached it on the mail? When I called her she got all stroppy. She then said we needed to wait until Mon to collect although we needed the goods urgently on Fri 25/10/13.
I said we will look into what we can do as we do need it urgently and may have to try another supplier. She then sent me an e mail cancelling the order AFTER I HAD made and EFT payment to her
I then called her to discuss, she then shouted and put the phone down!
