Mtn Ripp-off

Good day,
I`m very disgusted at Mtn for the way they "legally" ripp-off loyal customers. I just ended a 24 month contract only to learn that my sim card also gets deactivated. This they haven`t informed me about when i signed two years ago. I was under the impression that once your contract expires, it autiomtically smitches to pre-paid which was the case with other Service providers. Now they tell me i have to pay R106.00 to reactivate the sim. To top it all i had just over a R100.00 aitime on the sim card and now that is also forfeited. I will tell veryone i know about Mtn and will go looking for another service provider. You people at Mtn are so fixated on getting contracts signed to up your market share you fail in the customer service area and transparent business practises. You MTN!!!
