CELL C SIM CARD SWOP RIPP OFF

My Simcard stop working after a year and about 7 months. Just doesn't want to work anymore. Go into store to do a sim swop. Because i am a paying customer (contract) i pay R150.00 for this service. a Pay-AS-YOU-GO customer pays R10.00. So i get ripped off, charged 15 x's more than a random person and even worse is if i want a new sim card just asking in from the road its 99cents or free. thats 150x's more expensive for me. When are you going to learn that paying customers wants SERVICE, not being ripped off every time
