Arrogant and disrespectful. Question my integrity

I have been trying to settle the outstanding balance of my CellC account but just get ignored and shunted from pillar to post. Herewith a chronological sequence of the debacle to date: I paid the full amount as per the details I requested from CellC.Since then CellC has refused to acknowledge receipt thereof and even at one stage questioning the legitimacy of the proof of payment I sent them! The have blocked my phone and despite logging a request on the 18th March and escalating the same on 22 march. Despite this they have refused to revert despite my numerous calls (about 30) and emails to customer service. I am based in Dubai and require my South African number for SA based clients and colleagues to contact me. They have contacted me on my Dubai email and cell once and this only on 13 March when I, out of frustration, requested them to contact me. Since then nothing!!! The most arrogant I disrespectful service I have come across in my 30 years in business.
