NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER PAYING MORE THAN AGREED!!

I signed up 2 R100 contracts with u, i believe it is casual chat 100! i end up paying R175 per contract!!!
if i dont get a refund for all the extra money i am paying for i will be closing these contracts and i will be taking this to the ombudsman.

i am NOT paying R175 for a contract that was signed for R100 a month!!!
both contracts adds up to R200 a month, and now i end up almost R500 in arrears!!! now YOU tell me where is the mistake!!!

this better be sorted out today!!!
