Too busy texting to help

I walked into altech autopage at 15:45 on a saturday, closing time is apparently 16:00 and the sales consultant strolled back from a "back in 15 minutes", when she eventually opened the shop I walked in to confirm a matter that I was VERY confused about, while talking to her she was busy chatting away on her blackberry and not even listening to me. I have never come across such a rude and useless sales consultant before, she did not help my matter at all, I walked out of the shop with the same problem I had as when I walked in. My boyfriend who is a very soft person, he himself said that she was rude. Didn't get off the phone at all while I was talking to her. Won't be going back there again
