Get paid to be rude to customers?

I went to purchase a dress and i was so excited that i found what i was looking for, this rude sales person (elaine) gave me a horrible look and walked passed me. i looked around for a stick to get the dress off the rack and there wasnt one so i jumped and got it down. Elaine rushed towards me and asked me "why did u pull it down? were u going to pay forn it if it tore? " so i responded yes, but was so offended. instead of being so rude, she, as a sales person on the floor, saw me trying to get the dress and she should have offered to get it down for me. i got so angry, i left the dress and walked out of the shop. if she was having a bad day, she shouldnt bring that bad attitude to work because it costed them a sale
