Absolutely the worst customer care!

On friday 30/8/13, myself and my ex husband entered the shop to do a transfer of a contract. The store was busy and a customer walked in and jumped the q. He was there before us and I understand that he had the right to go first. At a point Siza said "This way please sir"without indicating who he was talking to. We moved forward and he said he was talking to the other customer. We said it is fine and moved back. Siza felt it was needed to yet again explain why. I am no and did hear him the first time. I said please proceed and he made sure every one it the mall needed to hear his explanation. I told him at least 3 times, please proceed and he just continued to be rude. I told him he is wasting time and he went on. When it was our turn, I handed all the documents needed over to him, told him what we want and said here is the documents. He became more aggressive and said he needs my ID, proof of residence and so forth. I pointed to the doc's and said they are all in front of him as I previously said. He walked away and refused to assist us any further. Why is it, that you employ such a rude person with such a bad attitude in a store, where customer services is needed?
