We not going to help u, we busy

I have had many continuing terrible experiences at the BTD in Krugersdorp...

Today put the topping on the cake of terrible service from 2 specific sales attendants.

I walked in and saw two of the staff falsely accusing a customer of shoplifting, loll they said he was building sand and made him open a packet only to find nothing there and leaving the customer fuming.

I then went to look for i tile stripper i had seen before,

when i could not find it i went to the sales counter which was unattended, (its unattended most time and you have to hunt them down when u find them the always have an excuse about being busy... ) then i walked back to the entrance where the two sales people were confronting the customer, i requested help from them and was told in a condescending way to make a list of what i wanted?

then when i said i only need the one item i was told they were not going to help me as they were busy LOL they the walked off and i started walking out now completely cheesed off with the attitude, when i passed the sales person concerned he passed a comment at me, "sharp" he said because i was now leaving.
