Poor customer service

I happen to walk into Red Square, at Cresta with the intention of purchasing a foundation, i walked in and walked around looking at different products, no one offered to help, i had to ask if there was someone to assist me, the lady then asked me what i wanted while chatting to colleagues so while im talking she simply passed me off to someone else, who basically ignored what i requested and decided to show me what She thought i should use, after telling her i want something else she simply walked away and left me, so i decided to give it another try with another consultant, with no luck as she too was more interested in chatting to her fellow colleagues, i simply walked out and purchased my products elsewhere, redsquare is a beauty store there should be consultants who know how to deal with customers, very irritated and annoyed.
