BAD ATTITUDE!!! Highly Disrespectful

I am a loyal 8ta customer and was so highly disgusted at the service my boyfriend and I received that it actually turned out to be highly disrespectful. Not only did we and his little girl of 6years wait long for service but when we were eventually served all the staff seem to be talking (shouting) to eachother across the room even when my boyfriend was trying to still explain what we needed!!! Eventually he said loudly, "can she please just help me first! ". Then, a woman named "Helen" walked ever so slowly and didn't even look out us and said, "she is not talking with her hands". Making no eye contact and said it loudly. Obviously my boyfriend asked her what did you say?!? and to our disgust she said it again to him!!! anyway, after waiting for the "manager" quite long as she was on the phone apparently. She came through (Cindey) and she walked and looked exactly like Helen, after explaining what happened she promised she would get back to my boyfriend before he went overseas which was in 5 days... guess what!?! nothing!! 8ta please consider these people before you hire. They also wear thick horrible make up and tight clothes. No people skills!
