Disgusting Service

I went to the Bed Shop at President Square. The shop itself looked very inviting. Not the same can be said for the person that was quick to point out that he was the store manager. He would not or could not listen to my needs. All he was interested in was showing me your cheaper beds, showing just how desperate he was to sell. Needless to say, I didn't buy at The Bed Shop, and rather went to their opposition where I purchased a Simmons Healthsmart Pampertop. Such a pity the customer service in my case was non-existent. I have never walked into a store where it felt as though I was been spoken down to, and where I could sense that my needs didn't matter. Just because I walked in with shorts and flip-flops makes me think that he based his sales pitch on how I looked. Does that mean that if a customer looks poor, he's not worth listening too. This is according to myself the epitome of pathetic service.
