Loan Phone

I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for over 10 years, I spend in excess of R1000pm on my account every month. I took my phone in for repairs (Value R7500) and asked for a loan phone as I am a Paramedic and I am dependant on my phone to work. I think its a bit ridiculous when I hand in a phone with such a high value and only get a Samsung Meeting worth R250 and does not even come close to the one I handed in when it comes to functionality that I need for work and study. I don't even have internet or email access on the loan phone. It's a disgrace to treat loyal customers like this...
