Spoke to five agent for same query, different answe

I am TopUP customer, I was quering about my airtime that kept on disappearing everytime I recharged, and also my 200 free minutes that disappeared while in some instances i was in a remote area with no celllphone coverage. All I can say is it is very unprofessional when the employees don't even know their product, each agent's response was contrary to previous agent. Firsly I was told (808 centre) that my problem is technical and was transferred to techinal team (1555 centre), technical team reffered me back to 808 centre as their response was wrong in their view, then new guy on 808 centre gave me different response and put me through to 1761, then i was put throuhg to 809 centre. The circle goes on... I have spent 2hours on the phone on the 05/04/2013 and also i have spend same amount of time on the 03/04/2013 for same query with different response... Bad service or Incompetence at its best.
