MWEB GIVES NOTHING BUT USELESS SERVICE

MWEB have had me on the run for the last 2 weeks. First there agents don't know what is going on as I have had several different answers from different agents. Then there technical team doesn't know what an SSL certificate is. I have spent over 10 hours on the phone, is MWEB going to pay my bill???

The service is disgusting the support is disgusting the company should go under review for incompetence. The staff are uneducated you get transferred from call centre agent to agent.

PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME... I really have never received such absolute revolting service.
