I am on contract with mtn and recently have been experiencing problems with my airtime. it keeps on disappearing and i don't even understand how. i only noticed this this past weekend and on 3/04/2013 in the morning called the service provider for assistance. Maud the lady in accounts that i spoke to told me that she will lodge a query and will only give me feedback on tuesday. i checked my airtime again this morning and it's disappeared. i called in again this morning and spoke to Vuyo in the technical support department and also tells he will lodge the query further. so i must sit and wait for them to lodge a query while my money vanishes just like that. i want this dealt with immediately, i want to be re-imbursed for my airtime and want this put to an end immediately. i do not download, i only use facebook, BBM and whatsaap as shouldn't be charged for this as i am on contract. please kindly assist
