I logged a call via email on 29 July (Contact 20130729000705 has been created for you.) and again on 30 July (Contact 20130730006155 has been created for you) to date no response. I then called the billing & acc's call centre on 31 July and spoke to Val to resolve my billing query. According to the statement I was billed from 3 July of which is incorrect. My line was only activated on 9 July please confirm this with Sandy (supervisor in Technical support). I then called again on 1 Aug and spoke to Babalwa (sales support agent) to escalate my query and to date no response. The ref no for this call was 1210846.

There is no customer service present and I have to resort to calling back even though the turn around time is 24 hours. I would like this matter resolved asap. Sandy has all the details of my query so please liaise with her directly. I am also querying the fact that I had to call in to diff call centre agents to get my line sorted but little did I know that the line was never activated on 3 July and I would like to get a refund on telephone calls. I have raised this with Sandy as well and to date received no response.
