URGENT!!! Really terrible service!

I use my phone for my occupation and i need to use it. They softlocked my phone because of a credit limit i logged it immediately and asked them to change my credit limit. The call centre agent logged it but never put an amount to it because she said they would set the amount hours later i called again and this time the lady at the call centre said that the first lady logged it wrong and the the process would dtart all over again this time she logged it with an amount. She said i would have to wait 24-48 hours again for the processs to be completed??? I cant do this I need to use my phone. I
