Very very poor bad service

We took out a contact with Telkom about 4 months ago for the Wi Fi. If this Wi fi worked for 1 full day in the 4 months is a lot Reported to telkom at least once a week all they tell us to do is switch the modem off an on and then send a sms to say fault as been restored they do not send a technician to sort the problem out but they bill me every month for the service that i am not using.it seem like all Telkom is interested in is getting there money every month even though they are not providing a service that is working i would like to get out of this contract and get the Wi Fi from a company that can provide the service
