Telkom ignoring complaint for well over 6 months!

I initially reported intermittent and very irregular ADSL service to Telkom well over 6 months ago. They sent technician after technician to test my line and they could not find a fault however the intermittent service continued. Only on 12/11/2 was this escalated to Head Office in Centurion because apparently Telkom have connected too many people to the service in this area. I am still waiting for the problem to be fixed and was told yesterday by customer services not to hold my breath. In the meantime, I spend more time disconnected than connected & the problem is becoming worse daily. Some days I am unable to connect for hours at a time. I am also expected to pay for a service which isn't there. Telkom are crippling my business and do not have the time or interest to even contact me to sort it out yet they expect monthly payment for a non-performing service. I will not be paying my Telkom account again, until this service is restored. I will be going to another service provide as I've given helkom ample time to fix the problem and they have proven they are unwilling or unable to do so.
