Does anybody actually work at Vodacom?

This started in November 2012, when I received a bill of 6000 for data usage despite there being a block on the account. Was told that when I had the block put on by the branch they did not do it, but I need to pay and they will sort it out. Then upgraded from 500mb to 3gb, and although it was upgraded and a block on it, account still over 3000. Client Liaison Officer promised two weeks ago that account would be halved due to the misunderstanding, except it was doubled!
Call centre doesn't help, manager always unavailable, CEO's office useless - four calls and still no luck, don't know why they call it the CEO's office, you can never speak to the CEO - does Vodacom even have a CEO?
Every time I call my complaint is logged as urgent and somebody will respond within an hour, until I call the next day again. With the 6000 paid, still no luck with payback to me either, call is being logged as urgent and sent to next level, who never receive it!
Please help, this is beginning to feel like the old West when bad guys robbed you from behind masks, now they are doing it from behind the telephone and fancy useless titles
