I spoke to vodacom to put a block on my account to prevent it from going over a certain amount each month. I was assured that this was done. However this month I receive a bill of 3 times the amount of the block I requested. I am being told by data services that there cannot be a block on an account. They have a no care attitude and a very bad promise making attitude which they are not keeping to. Do not let them tell you they have blocked your account at an amount. They do not do that
