Good Day Journal,
I have received an email from IT and they advised that you left out two fields opened, please write down your cellphone number where it says MSISDN and the period where you experienced the high usage where it says Periods of usage.
My Response :
Firstly if you check on my Profile my name is Jaun and not Journal and I am pretty sure that you could pick my number up with my ID number, But in any case cant complain about the service, so here is my number 0828911557, Regarding the usage period you guys should know because altech gave me the bill of almost R4000 so you investigate the period, Just another service failure issue I canceled my new contract almost a month ago but you guys still merged my contract last weekend, so now my bbm and internet is not working at all??? I have never experienced such poor service from anyone before, after I spend hours on the phone trying to sort out this issue but no luck!!! I even went in to Altech's branch in clear water twice to try and sort out this issue but still a service I am paying for I am not receiving, Would you except such shocking incompetent service??? No feedback as of yet
