4 Days and still no sim swop done

I have bought a prepaid sim card from checkers I have contacted Virgin mobile several times to do a sim swop. on the 1 April 2013 I have provided them with the new sim number and up to date its still not active, I have contacted Virgin Mobile now again and the lady said I must hold she is gonna speak to technical dept. Some one answered the phone and when I said Hello they revert me to to rate their service.
Im very dissapointed I need my sim card to be activated TODAY!!!
