Zero Service, constant run-around & losing info!!

So 3 mths ago I upgraded my contract with Altech Autopage Bryanston.
I also decided to port my number to Cell C thinking I'd be saving around R600 per month.

Since the very 1st week into my new contract, I have been trying to move back to MTN.
The reason: Cell C has shocking signal all the time.
I miss on average, 10-20 calls per day with my phone being "off" - due to bad signal.
When I do make / receive a call, no one can hear me - due to shocking signal.
My calls also drop twice as bad as any other cellular network provider.

The other issue is I have Altech Autopage as my supposed "Service Provider"
They have done nothing but provide the worst service I have ever received.

In trying to cancel and move back to MTN (since the 1st week I ported - 3 months ago), it took them 2 mths to give me a TT number (which is a claim number to sort this out).
The usual - no one from Altech has sorted this out nor called me to update me.
I call every week to follow up and the same answer is given "I will escalate this issue to management".
Well, management at Altech isn't interested evidently.

Today was the final straw - Altech Autopage has now lost my TT number!

I am speechless!
