Wasting my time requesting help with billing

Dear Sir/Madam
Could someone please assist me with how I would go about finding out why I am being overcharged. I have sent four emails and tried to phone but I am really getting fed up now. Surely someone working in your billing department reads the emails and calls the customer? I would appreciate some help please!
